Brief Summary: This study is a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial investigating the effects of Hesperidin supplementation on cognitive function, fatigue, and stress.

Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either 500mg of Hesperidin or a matching placebo daily for 12 weeks.
