Brief Summary: This is a single-arm feasibility trial in which patients with histologically confirmed plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL) with or without HIV, who have achieved a Complete Response or Partial Response after definitive frontline chemotherapy, will receive Elranatamab (Elra) consolidation.
