Brief Summary: This prospective observational cohort study will assess whether perioperative short-term heart rate variability (HRV) indices and early inflammatory cytokine levels are associated with respiratory and cardiac adverse events in children undergoing elective adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, or adenotonsillectomy under general anesthesia.
