U.S., April 18 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07536191) titled 'GALLVIA Trial: EUS-Guided vs Transpapillary Gallbladder Drainage for Acute Calculous Cholecystitis' on April 04.
Brief Summary: This multicenter, prospective, open-label, randomized controlled trial compares endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drainage (EUS-GBD) with endoscopic transpapillary gallbladder drainage (EGBS) in poor surgical candidates with acute calculous cholecystitis.
