Brief Summary: This is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluating the efficacy of oral tranexamic acid (TXA) in improving postoperative outcomes following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) using patellar tendon autograft in adolescent and young adult patients.
