Brief Summary: This study is a single-centre, prospective observational analysis conducted at the Alessandria Hospital, aimed to evaluating the role of Rapid On-Site Evaluation (ROSE) performed directly by the interventional pulmonologist during endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) procedures.
