Brief Summary: This multicenter, prospective, randomized, open-label, wait-list controlled trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of bilateral electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) for adults with refractory fibromyalgia (FM). Participants will be recruited from Beijing Tiantan Hospital and Beijing Jianjia Rehabilitation Hospital.
