U.S., Aug. 14 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07763119) titled 'Efficacy of Nebulised Inhalational Steroids in Neonates With Meconium Aspiration Syndrome' on Aug. 05.

Brief Summary: Meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS) is a major cause of respiratory distress in term and post-term neonates and is associated with significant neonatal morbidity. Inflammatory lung injury plays an important role in the pathophysiology of MAS, suggesting that corticosteroid therapy may improve respiratory recovery by reducing pulmonary inflammation and edema.
