Brief Summary: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and spondyloarthritis (SpA), including psoriatic arthritis (PsA), are chronic painful diseases that impair quality of life. Disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) are used to control disease activity, reduce functional disability, and improve prognosis.
