Brief Summary: The goal of this study is to compare the biological effects of two blood-derived products, standard platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and extracellular vesicle-enriched PRP (EV-enriched PRP), on human gingival (gum) fibroblasts, the cells responsible for gum tissue repair.
