Brief Summary: Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is a commonly performed procedure for advanced knee osteoarthritis. Despite successful surgery, many patients experience postoperative impairments including pain, reduced range of motion (ROM), swelling, impaired proprioception, and kinesiophobia, which may delay functional recovery.
