Brief Summary: The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to compare the effectiveness of lumbar stabilization exercises and muscular chain therapy on reducing pain intensity and functional disability in patients with mechanical CLBP.

* Group B: Muscular chain therapy (posterior sagittal muscle chain)
