Brief Summary: Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that can cause widespread pain, sleep problems, fatigue, gastrointestinal symptoms, and reduced comfort. This study will evaluate whether box breathing exercise improves sleep quality, pain, gastrointestinal symptoms, and comfort in patients with fibromyalgia.
