Brief Summary: Sarcopenia is one of the main problems in the elderly population. The concept of disease has evolved, as have its treatment strategies. Among these is high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This approach has been little studied in older adults with sarcopenia, especially in institutionalized older adults in nursing homes.
