Brief Summary: The purpose of this randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the effects of a connection-enhancement program on resilience, perceived stress, burnout, and intention to stay among newly employed Generation Z nurses in a military hospital. Approximately 80 eligible nurses will be randomly assigned to either an intervention group or a control group.
