Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether giving a single dose of intravenous dexamethasone before spinal anesthesia can help prevent low blood pressure (spinal hypotension) in pregnant women undergoing elective cesarean section. Low blood pressure after spinal anesthesia is common and may cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and reduced blood flow to the baby.
