Brief Summary: This study will be conducted to investigate the effect of mechanical traction on pain, disability, cervical range of motion, sleep quality and insomnia in patients with chronic neck pain. Forty four female patients with chronic neck pain will participate in this study. The patients will be diagnosed as having chronic neck pain based on careful clinical examination by neurologist.
