Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether adding kinesiotaping to a strengthening and stretching home-exercise program can reduce hand tremor and improve hand function in people with Parkinson's disease. The study will also examine how true kinesiotaping compares with sham (placebo) taping and with exercise alone in improving tremor frequency, grip strength, fine motor skills, motor symptoms, daily living activities, and quality of life.
