Brief Summary: Hepatobiliary malignancies-principally hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CCA)-are highly aggressive and often diagnosed at advanced stages. Curative-intent liver resection remains the standard for resectable disease; however, postoperative outcomes depend on an adequate functional future liver remnant (FLR).
