Brief Summary: This prospective, multicenter observational study will compare the safety and clinical outcomes of drug-coated balloon angioplasty and second-generation drug-eluting stent implantation in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for previously untreated lesions in small coronary vessels.
