Brief Summary: This multicenter retrospective observational study will develop and validate a CTA-based quantitative risk score-the DIEP Morphological Deviation Score (DIEP-MDS)-to estimate the risk of flap-related vascular compromise and flap failure in patients undergoing DIEP flap breast reconstruction.
