Brief Summary: This randomized, prospective study aims to compare the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided Deep Subgluteal Block (DSGB) versus Pericapsular Nerve Group (PENG) block combined with Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve (LFCN) block for postoperative analgesia management in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty.
