Brief Summary: This study tests whether sending Polish women residing in Iceland a culturally adapted invitation letter - tailored in language and messaging to the target group - increases participation in cervical cancer screening compared with a standard, non-adapted invitation letter. Eligible women will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two letter types, and screening participation will be tracked over the following months.
