Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effectiveness of Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) combined with Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) versus CIMT alone in improving upper limb function, reducing spasticity, and enhancing functional independence in children with cerebral palsy (CP).
