Brief Summary: This study aims to compare the therapeutic effects of three different treatment strategies for patients with femoroacetabular impingement. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: surgery combined with pre-rehabilitation, direct surgery without pre-rehabilitation, or rehabilitation alone. Researchers will follow-up participants and evaluate pain, joint function and other outcomes to find out which treatment works better.
