Brief Summary: Hemorrhoidal disease is one of the most common anorectal disorders. Conventional Milligan Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy remains the standard treatment but is associated with considerable postoperative pain. Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty has emerged as a minimally invasive alternative.
