U.S., Nov. 5 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07917299) titled 'Comparison of Intensive and Conservative NOL(R)-Guided Analgesia Strategies During Opioid-free Anesthesia' on Oct. 05.
Brief Summary: Participants will be randomized to one of two predefined NOL(R)-guided analgesia strategies during bariatric surgery performed under OFA. In both groups the NOL(R) index will be continuously monitored intraoperatively and dexmedetomidine will be administered according to the assigned study algorithm based on the NOL(R) index using lean body weight (LBW) for dosing.
