Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial was conducted in the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, BSMMU.A total of 80 infertile women ofPCOS withinsulinresistanceparticipatedinthestudyandwere randomly allocated into 2 groups.
