Brief Summary: Childhood cancer survivors are at increased risk for premature atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) due to cancer treatment-related exposures, including radiation therapy and platinum-based chemotherapy. Current ASCVD risk assessment tools may underestimate cardiovascular risk in younger survivors.
