Brief Summary: Background. Marfan syndrome is a genetic connective tissue disorder with cardiovascular and musculoskeletal involvement. Despite clinical advances, many patients exhibit low levels of physical activity, influenced by clinical and psychosocial factors such as fear of exertion, fatigue, or pain.
