Brief Summary: This study evaluates how acute mechanical loading affects cartilage degradation biomarkers in postmenopausal women with mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis. Participants will be grouped according to their existing antiresorptive treatment status: denosumab users, bisphosphonate users, and a control group.
