Brief Summary: Firstly, to screen blood exosomal multi-omics (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) and lung radiomics (HRCT, Xe129MRI) biomarkers that can predict efficacy and prognosis in severe eosinophilic ACOS (asthma-COPD overlap) patients treated with different biologics (benralizumab, mepolizumab, dupilumab).
