Brief Summary: This study investigated the effectiveness and neurophysiological correlates of Bilateral Robot-Assisted Training (BRAT) in right-handed individuals with chronic unilateral stroke, focusing on how lesion side (dominant vs. non-dominant hemisphere) influences recovery.
