Brief Summary: The primary objective of this study is to determine the histopathological diagnosis of endometrial tissue obtained from asymptomatic postmenopausal women with incidentally detected thickened endometrium, and to evaluate the diagnostic correlation between hysteroscopic findings and final histopathological results.
