Brief Summary: This study aims to integrate artificial intelligence with ultrasound imaging to investigate the dynamic biomechanical characteristics of adhesive capsulitis and to compare the therapeutic effectiveness of three ultrasound-guided hydrodilatation techniques: rotator interval injection, dual-target injection, and posterior glenohumeral injection.
