Brief Summary: The goal of this controlled single centre RCT is to compare frequency rates concerning return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) in prehospital cardiac arrest. Two different algorithms (control-and interventiongroup) of advanced cardiac life support will be used to treat patients. In patients over 18 years suffering from cardiac arrest.
