Brief Summary: The goal of this controlled single centre RCT is to compare frequency rates concerning return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) in prehospital cardiac arrest. Two different algorithms (control-and interventiongroup) of advanced cardiac life support will be used to treat patients. In patients over 18 years suffering from cardiac arrest. The main question aims to answer if the frequency of ROSC differs between the groups receiving either the new Advanced Life Support (ALS) algorithm, or standard treatment.
