India, June 4 -- Long-term improvements in health outcomes have pushed life expectancy in Bahrain to its highest level on record, according to the data provided.

Steady Rise Over Six Decades Life expectancy in Bahrain increased from 50.6 years in 1960 to 81.3 years in 2023, marking a gain of more than 30 years over the 63-year period. The upward trend remained largely consistent across the decades, reflecting sustained improvements in longevity.

Progress Through the 2000s The country continued to record gradual gains in the 21st century. Life expectancy stood at 74.7 years in 2000 and rose to 78.6 years by 2010. The increase highlighted continued advances in survival rates and overall lifespan during the decade.
