New Delhi, Feb. 9 -- As the global discourse gets sucked at an unprecedented speed in the quagmire of trade, tariffs, conflicts, huge defence spendings and national interests overriding global multilateral concern, the space for actions and agenda on gender parity, climate control, aids and assistance to the underprivileged diminishes.
