Dehradun, Jan. 4 -- Some youths who had come to Mussoorie to celebrate the New Year openly defied law and order by breaking through a barrier on Mall Road with their car. The entire incident was not only captured on CCTV cameras, but the accused youths themselves made a video of it and uploaded it on Instagram, where it went viral. Taking cognisance of the matter, the Mussoorie Municipal Council and the police have started preparations for strict action.
