Dehradun/New Delhi, 31 Aug: On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, students from Eklavya Model Residential Schools at Chakrata, Mehravana and Kalsi in Dehradun district got an opportunity to visit Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. The three-day special educational tour, held from 28 to 30 August 2026, included five students from each school.

During their visit to the Rashtrapati Bhavan, the students also had the opportunity of meeting President Droupadi Murmu. The students later asserted that the interaction proved to be a memorable and inspiring experience for them and that the meeting instilled in them confidence, renewed energy and a stronger sense of dedication towards the nation.
