DEHRADUN, 28 Feb: A meeting of the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) was convened on Saturday at St George's College, Mussoorie. The session was addressed by Manoj Singh Rana, Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate, Mussoorie and Secretary, Tehsil Legal Services Authority (TLSA).
