Mussoorie, 21 Jul: Sameer Panwar, a young writer from Mussoorie, has achieved another significant milestone in the literary world with his second poetry book, 'Stella Versum'. The book was formally launched by the world-renowned hepatologist and gastroenterologist Dr SK Sarin at the prestigious Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences in New Delhi.
