Dehradun, 8 Oct: Graphic Era University and Appropriate Technology India (ATI) have instituted the Carbon Justice Award to recognise significant contributions towards the welfare and interests of the Himalayan region and its people. Renowned author Ruskin Bond will be the first recipient of the Carbon Justice Award.
