Dehradun, 23 Oct: On the occasion of the Silver Jubilee year of statehood for Uttarakhand, Pravasi (non-resident) Uttarakhandis will gather at Doon University on 5 November for the second Pravasi Uttarakhandi Conference. The one-day event will provide a platform for participants to reflect on the state's 25-year journey and share their ideas and recommendations for shaping its future growth and development.
