RUDRAPUR, 20 Dec: Senior journalist Pradeep Phutela has been appointed Convener of the National Journalists' Federation, Uttarakhand. His appointment is being seen as a move that will further strengthen the voice of journalists' interests in the state. National President Pabitra Mohan Samantaray issued his appointment letter and stated that a new executive committee should be formed soon to strengthen the organisation.
