Dehradun, Feb. 7 -- Joshi said that modern parking facilities and well-organised vendor zones will be constructed in Mussoorie with the cooperation of the municipality and private players. This will not only provide a designated space for local traders but will also provide relief to tourists from traffic jams and congestion.
