Mussoorie, 19 Dec: Minister Ganesh Joshi chaired a meeting at the Municipal Council Hall to review preparations for Winter Line Carnival to be held in Mussoorie from 24 to 29 December on Friday. On this occasion, the Minister also released the brochure of the Winter Line Carnival 2025.

During the meeting, Joshi directed that all necessary preparations for the successful organization of Winter Line Carnival be completed on time. He instructed officials to ensure proper cleanliness in toilets during the carnival, make arrangements for mobile toilets, and strengthen basic facilities such as electricity, water supply and parking.
