Dehradun, 29 Jul: The Uttarakhand BJP today welcomed the passage of the historic amendment to the anti-cheating law by the Lok Sabha and described the development as a major step towards safeguarding the future of students and ensuring transparency in competitive examinations. At the same time, BJP State President and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt also launched a sharp attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his remarks during the parliamentary debate, accusing him of making false allegations against Union Home Minister Amit Shah to create confusion and sensationalism. He further alleged that Rahul Gandhi had insulted students inside Parliament through his comments.
