Dehradun, 30 Jul: BJP state media in-charge Manveer Chauhan has extended congratulations to state president and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt on completing four years as state party president. In a statement issued today, Chauhan described Bhatt's tenure as BJP State President as historic and remarkable in terms of organisational consolidation, expansion and ideological outreach.
