Dehradun, 25 Aug: BJP has sharply criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's remarks on Manusmriti, alleging that he is attempting to create a negative image of Sanatan Dharma before the younger generation. State BJP president and Rajya Sabha member Mahendra Bhatt claimed that Rahul Gandhi is neither Hindu by birth nor by conduct and accused him of repeatedly insulting Sanatan only to appease a particular section of society. He remarked that even several lifetimes would not suffice for Rahul to understand the depth of Hindu scriptures.
